PVC siding panel production line
It is used in protection for the outside wall surface.
Co-extrusion surface layer use PVC, ASA, PMMA and other materials, applicable to a variety of bad weather conditions.
Production line consists of twin-screw extruder, co-extruder, extrusion mould, embossing machine, Vacuum calibration table, punching machines, haul off, cutter, stacker.
Use corresponding equipments and moulds can reach the speeds of 6-8m / min, 10-20m/ min and 20-30m / min.
